1. Delivery Options
We offer various delivery options to cater to your needs:
- Same-Day Delivery: For orders placed before 12 PM IST, flowers can be delivered on the same day in select cities.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed after 12 PM IST. Flowers will be delivered the following business day.
- Scheduled Deliveries: You can pre-book your delivery for any future date, allowing you to plan your gifts in advance.
2. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery in major metro cities for orders over a certain value.
- Standard Delivery Charges: For orders below the threshold or in remote locations, a nominal delivery fee will be charged. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities: 1-2 business days.
- Smaller Towns and Rural Areas: 2-4 business days. We aim to ensure timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural events or public holidays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your flowers are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number to track your order through our delivery partner’s website.
